How to Apply

For Post-graduate, Degree, Diploma and Certificate Courses, we have three intakes in the academic year for you to choose from; i.e. January, May, and September. Each intake might have a different set of programs offered.

For Short Certificate Courses, intakes are monthly (through out the year.)

You can Download the form attachment which you will fill offline and send (to admissions@rugandotechnical.com) or return to us at our campus. Application forms can also be picked from our offices

Minimum Requirements

Certificate Programs

  1. O-level certificate with at least 5 passes English inclusive

Your Application will be processed upon submission of the following to our office:

  1. Photocopies of all educational certificates and relevant academic documents.
  2. A copy of the receipt of application fees; UGX 50,000/= (for Diploma & Certificate Courses) UGX 30,000/= (Short Courses); this is non-refundable
  3. Three (3) Passport size photographs
  4. A copy of a Valid Identity Card (National, Passport, or former School ID preferred)
